Ground, Clarify, Transform.

“There is nothing more important than what we are attending to.”

~Miriam Rose Ungunmerr Baumann

(Australian aboriginal Elder, activist, educator, artist, and visionary)

Sometimes life can feel confusing, overwhelming, or painful. Whatever you are going through -  you are not alone.

My approach is warm, mindful, and grounded in compassion. I offer gentle, effective tools that help you feel and understand your emotions, navigate life with greater clarity and resilience, and attend to what’s most important to you.

I work with peoples of all ages and backgrounds. My main areas of focus are anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, relationships, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, and existential questioning.

If you’re interested in working together, email me at dev.suchin@gmail.com, and we can set up a time to talk. I look forward to hearing from you, and beginning our work together.

‍ About Dev

I hold a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and have a background in teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I draw from a variety of therapeautic modalities in my practice, including somatic parts work, Internal Family Systems, Emotion-focused therapy, and attachment theory.

A commitment to social justice and decolonizing practice is important to me. My work is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-oppressive, and considers the impact of environmental, cultural, and social dynamics within the greater system.

Spirituality, ceremony, creative expression, and relationship to land are core values that inform my life. I hold a deep reverance and appreciation for the wisdom of our bodies and intuition, and our innate capacity for healing and transformation.

It is an honour to be part of your learning and growth. I look forward to walking alongside you during this process.
